Indian Governments launches digital platform CoWIN for the registration of Vaccination of Phase 2.
However, Citizens can register themselves for vaccination by booking an appointment at the near vaccination centre.
This second phase of the vaccination involves people above 60 years and people who are above 45 years but have comorbid conditions.
It will start on Monday the 1st of march.
All these people need to register themselves on to CoWIN portal or Aarogya Setu App.
The Indian government also releases guidelines for the second phase of the vaccination.
Vaccination will be connected to the availability of the doses of the vaccine also.
Citizens need to visit www.cowin.gov.in for registration.
The timing for the vaccination at the centre is 9 A.M to 3 P.M
At the government hospital, The vaccine will be given free of cost to all the eligible people.
But, At the private hospitals, people need to pay 250 rs for one dose of the vaccine.
