WhatsApp reassures users of their privacy and shares status
WhatsApp on Sunday share its position on the messaging app to assure its commitment to privacy.
In a set of four status posts from a contact name WhatsApp,
WhatsApp has try to address concerns about user privacy to assure the security of the platform follow its recent update.
The 1st message on the situation read – We are commit to your privacy.
The other three messages – WhatsApp can not read / listen to your personal conversations
because they are encrypted end to end, WhatsApp can not see your share space,
and company doesn’t share your details with FB.
Last week, WhatsApp notify users about changes to its service & public policy via in app notification last week.
Users had until 8th February to agree to the new terms to continue using the platform.
This led to a user backlash & trigger mam on the Internet over,
WhatsApp’s sharing of user’s allege information on Facebook.

In a series of tweets, the company confirm that it extending the date from February 8, 2021 to May.
Assures users of their privacy, WhatsApp said that the policy update doesn’t affect their privacy with friends / family.
Instead, this update includes changes relate to messaging a business on WhatsApp,
which are optional, and provides more transparency about how we collect & use data, WhatsApp said.
