Yogi Aadityanath’s UP Government passes ordinance on Love Jehad in Cabinet.
Maximum 10 years punishment granted in the ordinance.
It also includes 1 to 5 years of jail and 15000 rs penalty for forcefully religious conversion.
But, for the minors and women of sc/st there are more strict rules.
For them, there is a jail term of 3 to 10 years and a penalty of Rs 25000.
MP CP Shivraj Singh Chauhan also told about an ordinance for Love Jehad in MP.
Soon we can see this type of ordinance in Madhya Pradesh also.
But Uttar Pradesh becomes the first state in India to pass the ordinance against Love Jehad.
UP cabinet minister told that almost 100 cases of forcefully Religious transformation have come in last few days.
TMC MP Nusrat Jahan told in one interview that Love and jihad don’t go hand in hand.
She also added that its a personal choice that who you want to be with.
