BAN vs WI, 1st Test: Day 1: Bangladesh Manages To Hold On To The Test After Falling Of Quick Wickets


1st test has been playing between Bangladesh and West Indies in Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chittogram.

On 1st day of 1st test, Bangladesh scored 242 runs with the loss of 5 wickets in their 90 overs.

But, They did not get to a good start and lost Tamim Iqbal on just 23 runs in 5th overs.

He got out after scoring just 9 runs. Shadman Islam scores 59 runs off 154 balls with the help of 6 fours.

Shanto got run-out after scoring 25 runs off 58 balls.

Captain Mominul scores 26 runs off 97 balls with the help of 2 fours.

Rahim scores 38 runs off 69 balls with the help of 6 fours.

Shakib Al Hasan is at the crease after scoring 39 runs off 92 balls with the help of 4 fours.

And with him, wicket-keeper Liton Das scored 34 runs not-out off 58 balls with the help of 6 fours.

For WI, Jomel Warrican took 3 wickets in the innings.

Kemar Roach also took 1 wicket in the innings.

So, overall it’s a good day of Test cricket at Bangladesh.
