IPL2021, MI vs SRH: SRH’s Indian middle order struggles to chase the target against quality Mumbai Indians Bowlers.

9th match of IPL2021 had been played between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.

However, Mumbai Indians won the toss and choose to bat first.

Mumbai Indians Innings:

Team MI scores 150 runs with the loss of 5 wickets in their 20 overs.

However, Mumbai Indians get off to a good start and scores 53 runs in the first 6 overs of power-play.

Quinton de Kock scores 40 runs off 39 balls with the help of 5 fours.

Captain Rohit Sharma scores 32 runs off 25 balls with the help of 2 fours and 2 sixes.

But, Kieron Pollart played a superb knock at the death of 35 runs off 22 balls with the help of 1 four and 3 sixes.

For SRH, Mujeeb and Vijay Shankar took 2 wickets each in the match.

Khaleel Ahmed also took 1 wicket in the match.

So, Mumbai Indians gives the target of 151 runs to Sunrisers Hyderabad to win the match.

Sunrisers Hyderabad Innings:

Team SRH couldn’t able to chase the target of 151 and just manage to score 137 runs and got all-out in 19.4 overs.

But, SRH gets off to a superb start and scores 57 runs in the first 6 overs of power-play.

Jonny Bairstow scores 43 runs off 22 balls with the help of 3 fours and 4 sixes.

Captain David Warner scores 36 runs off 34 balls with the help of 2 fours and 2 sixes.

After that, Suddenly Middle order of SRH collapse to some quality bowling from Mumbai Indians.

Vijay Shankar played fighting innings of 28 runs off 25 balls with the help of 2 sixes.

For MI, Trent Boult and Rahul Chahar took 3 wickets each in the match.

Bumrah and Krunal Pandya also took 1 wicket each in the match.

So, Mumbai Indians beats Sunrisers Hyderabad by 13 runs.

Kieron Pollard becomes the player of the match for his superb all-round performance.
