NZ vs PAK, 2nd Test: Day 1: Jamieson’s Fiffer Restrict Pakistan To 297 Runs.

NZ vs PAK, 2nd Test: Day 1: 2nd test between New Zealand and Pakistan has been playing in Hagley Oval, Christchurch.

New Zealand won the toss and choose to bowl first.

Team Pakistan just able to score 297 runs and for all-out in 83.5 overs.

But, they did not get to a good start and lost their first wicket at just 4 runs.

Masood got out on a duck to Tim Southee.

Abid Ali also got out after scoring just 25 runs off 53 balls with the help of 3 fours.

AZAR ALI AND RIZWAN PLAYED GOOD INNINGS

Former Captain Azar Ali backs into the form and scores 93 runs off 172 balls with the help of 12 fours.

With Him Captain Rizwan scores 61 runs off 71 balls with the help of 11 fours.

Faheem Ashraf and Debutant Gohar played a good cameo of 48 and 34 runs respectively.

JAMIESON TAKES FIVE-FER

For New Zealand, Kyle Jamieson was the star of the day. he took 5 wickets of just 69 runs.

Tim Southee and Trent Boult took 2 wickets each in the innings.

Matt Henry also picks 1 wicket in the innings.
