WhatsApp Draggs Indian Government To Delhi High Court Over New IT Rules.

They say the Indian Governments new IT rules will end Peoples privacy and it is a violation of privacy rights in India’s constitutions.

However, WhatsApp files a legal complaint in Delhi high court that new IT rules will break privacy protection.

But, This New IT rules will require the company to unmask only people credibly accused of wrongdoing.

Then, WhatsApp says it cannot do that because messages are end-to-end encrypted.

And It will break encryption for receivers also originators of messages.

These new IT rules will come into effect on 26th May 2021.

But, All social media firm need time to comply with new IT rules.

In some of the blogs messaging giants said that some government asks forcefully to tech companies who sent a particular message on private messaging services.

Which is not good for the privacy of the people.

WhatsApp nearly has 400 million users in India.
